Post-Surf Feed

I've been wanting to try Veggie Grill's vegan mac & cheese since I heard about it last month.  Today, the elements came together and I finally ate some!  The verdict?  Not as good as my homemade vegan mac & cheese!

it's tempeh! a nut and grain protein ("fake meat"). it's delish!
